Millions of people rely on Morpho fingerprint readers for their security and convenience needs. These readers provide an ideal balance between ensuring the safety of your data and offering ease of use.

In light of the recently introduced Aadhaar authentication 2.0 and eKYC 2.1 APIs, registered devices have become a crucial security upgrade for the Aadhaar ecosystem. This upgrade helps eliminate any concern regarding the misuse of stored biometrics.

To get started with Morpho SCL RD Service, download it today for free! It's important to note that this service is not meant to be used as a standalone application; it requires integration with an operator's specific application (such as Jio, Airtel, Idea, banks, etc.). Please avoid attempting to use the RD service directly.

If your smartphone is unable to detect the fingerprint device, ensure that your phone supports OTG (On-The-Go) functionality. Additionally, make sure that you have enabled the OTG option in your phone's settings.

The activation code or OTP required for registration will be provided by the party that has purchased fingerprint devices from Morpho (e.g., Vodafone, Airtel, etc.). If you have purchased a device from a retail store like Amazon, the process to obtain an activation code will be available shortly.

If you encounter any issues with eKYC verification, simply press the refresh button in the top right corner of the RD service.

Please note that RD Service is only compatible with Android OS 4.4 KitKat and above on standard smartphones. Before installing the RD service, it is advisable to check the compatibility of your device by using the app provided at the following link:

With Morpho SCL RD Service, you can perform the following tasks:

Register MSO1300 E, E2, E3, and CBM Models
Utilize MSO1300 E, E2, E3, and CBM Models for Auth2.0 and eKYC2.1
