To get started with Morpho SCL RD Service, download it today for free! It's important to note that this service is not meant to be used as a standalone application; it requires integration with an operator's specific application (such as Jio, Airtel, Idea, banks, etc.). Please avoid attempting to use the RD service directly.

If your smartphone is unable to detect the fingerprint device, ensure that your phone supports OTG (On-The-Go) functionality. Additionally, make sure that you have enabled the OTG option in your phone's settings.

The activation code or OTP required for registration will be provided by the party that has purchased fingerprint devices from Morpho (e.g., Vodafone, Airtel, etc.). If you have purchased a device from a retail store like Amazon, the process to obtain an activation code will be available shortly.

If you encounter any issues with eKYC verification, simply press the refresh button in the top right corner of the RD service.
